Sonali Chander is an award winning Sports Anchor & Journalist with more than 25 years of experience. That includes an 18 year stint as Sports Editor of NDTV, India’s first 24 hour English news channel.
She pioneered the concept of a daily Sports show in 2001 and has interviewed everyone from Serena to Sachin to Shah Rukh Khan. Sonali has travelled extensively in India, South Africa, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and the UK.
Since she left NDTV, she has been involved as a consultant & trainer with her husband’s sports production company, Sportzworkz.
More recent is the appointment as a board member of the upcoming Delhi Sports University, an ambitious 1000 crore project to create Olympic champions.
Sonali would like to do more with her life if her two boys, a dog and a cat were better behaved!
